WARRANTY NOTICE - Viking Drill and Tool


Viking Drill and Tool warrants to original equipment manufacturers, distributors and industrial and commercial users of its products that each new product manufactured or supplied by Viking Drill and Tool shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.

The sole obligation of Viking Drill and Tool under this warranty is limited to furnishing without additional charge, a replacement for, or at its option, repair of or credit for any product which shall within one year from date of sale by Viking Drill and Tool be returned freight prepaid to Viking Drill and Tool in St. Paul Minnesota.

Warranty remedies will not be instituted until such return and inspection by Viking Drill and Tool is completed and defect is determined. The provisions of this warranty will not apply to any Viking Drill and Tool product that has been subjected to misuse, improper operating conditions or application of cutting fluid, machine setup, or to tools that have been repaired or altered.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our sole liability in any claim shall in no case exceed the cost of replacement or repair as provided herein. No other warranty is expressed or implied and in no case will Viking Drill and Tool be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages.
